1Ticket uses codes entered in the internal notes field of your listings to block or prevent inventory from being sent to a specific marketplace. NOTE: For the TradeDesk POS codes should be entered in the broker notes, not the private notes.


  1. Navigate to the Inventory Sync Tab
  2. Click "Broadcast Overview" button

  3. Here you will see codes specific to your account. Copy the code for the Marketplace(s) you wish to block your inventory from (i.e. StubHub):

    Check your 1Ticket account to find codes specific to you.

  4. Paste or enter the Ignore Phrase into the Internal Notes field of your listings in your Point-of-Sale for those you wish to block from the corresponding marketplace.
